December Log Blog

I am just recovering from two days trading at Arundel By Candlelight. Despite the terrible weather (not festive at all!) the locals gave us a very warm welcome, and the town looked stunning, with an impressive display of Christmas trees and lights. It was great to be pitched up alongside so many independent traders selling their locally made products, and there was some very interesting entertainment!

This was the first time I had set up a stall and promoted my business in Arundel, and I was very encouraged by the feedback I received on both the quality of my products and the overall brand ‘look and feel’. People were very engaged by the fact that through the business we are sustaining the local ancient semi-natural woodland at Binsted. I am looking forward to heading back to Arundel on Saturday 15th December and Saturday 22nd December, pitching up on Tarrant Street to sell Swedish Logs, Christmas Gift Bags, small gift items and log deliveries (still available before Christmas!). I am very grateful to the Antiquities shop in Arundel who have made the space available for my stall, and their ongoing support.

  1. Shared a load, helpfully delivered to two different addresses, and we both agree not only beautiful, sensibly sized logs, but cheerfully delivered by an incredibly helpful and friendly Tom. Thank you, I suspect we’ll be in touch in the foreseeable future…

    1. Thank you Michael and Wendy, it was a pleasure to do business with you! Happy Christmas! Tom
